HLB Priority Banking Debit Card Contest

Hong Leong Bank Berhad – My team and I have facilitated an engaging design workshop at Hong Leong Bank to select the next Priority Banking Debit Card design. The session was attended by several stakeholders from various departments within the bank, including the Director of Wealth Management who served as the main judge in this selection process.
During this workshop, participants were tasked with voting for and selecting the best debit card design out of 28 different options created by designers from different regions and departments across Hong Leong Bank. They were also encouraged to engage in open discussions about their choices and provide feedback on why other designs did not make it through.
As the main facilitator, I have guided participants through all stages of this selection process while ensuring everyone had equal opportunity to share their thoughts. The aim was to choose a design that stood out amongst all others while meeting all requirements laid out by stakeholders involved in this project.
Overall, this workshop proved to be a valuable experience where everyone had an opportunity to learn more about what makes a successful design for banking products like debit cards while also sharing their thoughts on each design presented during this exercise.

As the facilitator of this design workshop with high-level stakeholders, I found it to be an incredibly rewarding experience. It was a privilege to work alongside such talented and knowledgeable individuals who were passionate about delivering exceptional designs for Hong Leong Bank's Priority Banking Debit Card.
Facilitating discussions around each debit card design while keeping everyone on track towards achieving our goals was both challenging and exciting. However, I believe that my role in guiding participants through all stages of this selection process helped them gain valuable insights into what makes a successful design for banking products like debit cards.
One of the significant achievements from this session was the ability to ensure equal participation among all stakeholders involved in the project. This helped create an inclusive environment where everyone had a voice, which ultimately led us to choose the best possible priority banking debit card design.
Overall, I gained invaluable knowledge from working with these high-level stakeholders throughout this workshop - including learning how different departments approach various aspects of user interface and user experience designs differently based on their unique perspectives.
In conclusion, facilitating such workshops can be intimidating but is also tremendously fulfilling as we get to collaborate with experts in our field while contributing towards creating impactful solutions that benefit customers' needs while meeting business requirements effectively.
